RICS Home Surveys are the gold standard of pre-purchase advice.
We offer two levels of RICS Home Survey, Level 3 & Level 2.
A Level 3 survey is an in-depth inspection and report, the ‘gold standard’ of surveys, aimed at historic, Listed and traditionally constructed buildings, or where buildings have been extended and/ or remodelled.
A Level 2 survey is more appropriate for modern buildings of standard construction.
